— AIRCREATIVE HOW-TO
Create a complete radio commercial order.
A strong workflow starts with a brief the creative and production teams can use without chasing missing details.
Before you start
Have the advertiser, flight dates, spot length, offer, stations and source material ready. Use generic or approved customer information when demonstrating the process publicly.
Step by step
- Open a new order. Choose New commercial and select the advertiser or create the advertiser record first.
- Add the flight and spot details. Enter the title, start and end dates, length, priority and every station that will air the commercial.
- Build the brief. Add the offer, required points, pronunciation notes, legal copy and any useful attachments.
- Assign the team. Choose the account executive, writer or creative owner, producer and any other responsible roles.
- Review and submit. Confirm that dates, stations and copy points are complete, then create the order so AirCreative can calculate the next action.
What happens next
AirCreative creates the order history and uses the milestones already completed to calculate the stage, responsible role and next useful action.
