Traffic checklist
- Confirm final audio. Verify that the selected audio is the approved, quality-checked version.
- Open the Traffic handoff. Review the assigned stations and the air-date risk shown by the order.
- Update each station independently. Record received, carted or scheduled progress for every station included in the order.
- Resolve exceptions. Address missing audio, cart information or scheduling issues before the air date.
- Complete the handoff. Confirm every assigned station so the order can advance toward billing and completion.
