What the queues mean
- Do now: your role owns the next action
- Due today: deadline attention is required
- Waiting: another person or event comes first
- Blocked: a required milestone cannot proceed
Daily routine
- Open My Work. Use the main navigation to open your role-aware work queue.
- Start with Do now. These orders have a next action assigned to your role and are ready to move.
- Check Due today. Handle work with a deadline today before it becomes overdue.
- Review Waiting and Blocked. Waiting work depends on someone else; blocked work needs a missing requirement resolved.
- Open the order and continue. Use the recommended next action instead of changing a broad status without completing the milestone.
Frequently asked questions
Why is an order not in Do now?
Its calculated next responsible role may belong to someone else, or it may be waiting on another milestone.
Does priority replace the due date?
No. Priority and due date work together to show urgency.
Can managers see the wider workload?
Management views provide broader visibility while My Work stays focused on the signed-in person.
