Production sequence
- Open the assigned commercial. Start from My Work or the Production Inbox and confirm the approved script and deadline.
- Complete the voice step. Record or attach the selected voice track and document the completed milestone.
- Produce the commercial. Build the mix using the approved copy, required legal copy and supplied production notes.
- Upload candidate audio. Keep the relevant mixes with the order and identify the chosen final version.
- Complete quality control. Check content, duration, loudness and station requirements before marking final audio ready.
